TEXTILE  DYEING  UNIT

A commercial client purchased an industrial unit near Delhi, housing a textile dyeing plant. The business experienced numerous problems after the purchase, such as machinery breakdowns, service disruptions, and unreliable staff.

We advised the client to change the main entrance into the factory, and block all openings around a staircase to reverse energy flows into and out of the buildings. This brought stability to the functioning of the factory.

We also recommended to the client that they relocate the proprietor’s cabin and re-orient the office desks to enable better focus which resulted in better performance, increased profits, and overall success for the business in just six months.

We have also advised the relocation of bore wells, generator transformers, and electric rooms, and the placement of an overhead water tank above the stairwell to enhance the impact of elements on energy flows.  These further measures are under consideration by the clients.
